Job Description:

Our client a prestigious multinational law firm with a reputation for excellence across litigation and transactional practices is seeking a talented and driven Mid to Senior-Level Associate to join its Structured Finance group in New York.



About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level associate 3 6 years of experience) with a background in structured finance securitization or related financial transactions such as leveraged finance capital markets or private credit. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in working on structured finance deals and should be eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team. Experience with asset-backed securities (ABS) collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) warehouse financings or asset-backed lending is a strong plus but not required.



Key Qualifications:


3 6 years of relevant legal experience at a top-tier law firm
Experience in structured finance or related finance practices (leveraged finance capital markets private credit).
Strong transactional background with excellent drafting negotiation and client management skills.
J.D. from a top law school with a strong academic record.
Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible for admission).
Motivated detail-oriented and eager to work on complex high-profile deals.
A team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
