What Youll Do:
Be the friendly go-to contact for service customers
Follow up with customers via phone email & text to ensure satisfaction
Assist with and resolve customer concerns not handled by service staff
Coordinate all manufacturer/internal customer follow-ups
Track report and share customer satisfaction data
Collaborate with managers to boost survey scores and loyalty
What You Bring to the Table:
2 years of automotive customer service or equivalent experience (preferred)
Strong communication problem-solving and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to juggle multiple systems at once
A stable work history and a valid drivers license
Ready to pass a background check & drug screen
