The Opportunity
We are searching for an Accounts Receivable / Collection Clerk to join the team. This is a hybrid position in South Jordan Utah (M W F in-office).
What Youll Do
Create and process invoices accurately and timely using Zuora and Salesforce
Monitor customer accounts for billing discrepancies payment delays and other issues
Handle customer inquiries related to billing and accounts receivable through phone and email communications
Process payments received from customers and reconcile customer accounts
Collaborate with other teams including Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with month-end close activities including account analysis and report preparation
Help to improve the billing and accounts receivable processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
What Were Looking For
1-2 years experience in AR / Collections or related roles.
Great oral and written communication skills including good phone etiquette
Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure high-quality work
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel) accounting software and CRM.
Understanding of general Accounting principles
Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
