Job Description
- At least 8 years of design and/or product trend forecasting experience in agency or in-house setting or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge in trend research.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and passion for sport and youth culture as well as innate curiosity for the future.
- Highly experienced understanding of design fashion and street trends.
- Strong curiosity open minded with a thirst to research and evaluate multiple sources for new creative ideas and intelligence.
- Ability to conduct research -- both desk and field. As well as ability to travel for trend research.
- Ability to connect dots and pattern-map in support of synthesizing research findings.
- Skilled in moving between abstract and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience interviewing consumers is not essential but a desire to learn and develop this skill is.
- Prior experience in people management is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse group.
