Director Sales (Sacramento)
The Director Sales role offers a fantastic opportunity to someone established in their real estate sales career to work with and lead a dynamic driven and collaborative team on various products and markets. You will be the bridge between different disciplines and harmonize the teams efforts from an operational and experiential perspective for Sacramento House Building Sales.

You will
- Provide exceptional leadership to sales projects and programs in Sacramento including all onsite teams ensuring successful training role clarity pathing and mentorship
- Ensure that all onsite teams are set up for success and are performing at their best and sales targets are achieved on time on budget on vision and on process
- Understand the market and be knowledgeable about the competition specifically how Anthem projects are positioned to compete including but not limited to product price incentives commission amenities and spec
- Provide qualitative and quantitative data to influence product development
- Streamline the communication between onsite sales teams and Anthem office teams
- Drive sales strategy providing updates as need regarding pricing absorption incentives in order to meet overall project targets
- Have over-arching responsibility for deal compliance ensuring all deals are compliant completed signed approved and / or countered
- Participate in weekly project team meetings for relevant projects and communities
- Maintain and augment Anthems database of realtors who are eager to promote/support/sell current and future Anthem projects and communities

You have
- 10 years of experience in a diverse residential real estate environment
- 5 years of experience managing teams with a lead by example style of leadership
- First-hand experience taking sales projects from beginning to end
- A demonstrated history as a strong team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic fast paced environment but equally assured working independently
- Excellent people and relationship building skills
- A strong knowledge of and reputation in the Sacramento real estate market
- Excellent business acumen
