Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate tradecraft training and development programs
- Create and prepare materials for training of sessions
- Coordinate sessions track attendance document feedback gauge effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Create collaborate and coordinate with subject matter experts to develop and write training manuals procedures scripts charts and course content
- Work with the training manager to identify training needs
- Maintain Austins SMART Training program. Provide needed training track hours and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain department video library and training aids
- Work with all levels of management in support of development plans for employee-owners
- Schedule training sessions to ensure site and audio/visual setup including employee-owner notification
- Input and maintain data for tracking subject matter and regulatory training covered by employee-owners
- Provide monthly summaries of training sessions and evaluations
- Provide statistical reports for senior management as requested
Education
- Verifiable advanced field experience applicable to the training segment or relevant level of college or technical degree
