Location: Birmingham AL
Reports to: Project Lead

Role Overview
As a Design Associate at Creature youll help transform concepts into executable design solutions. Reporting to the Project Lead youll support projects through modeling drafting and researchbringing clarity precision and accountability to every phase of the design process. This role is foundational to our design teams ability to communicate solutions clearly and coordinate seamlessly with Precon PM and Field teams.
What Youll Do
- Execute architectural deliverables under the direction of the Project Lead
- Visualize design solutions using Revit AutoCAD and modeling/rendering tools
- Track individual time against client-level budgets
- Research codes materials and technical details to support constructability
- Ensure design information is clear complete and checked for accuracy
- Translate design direction into construction-ready documentation
- Collaborate across functions to identify document and resolve design gaps
- Support integrated workflows across modular prefab and traditional construction types
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related design discipline
- 03 years of professional experience. This is an entry level to moderately experienced position
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and rendering software (Lumion Enscape etc.)
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented self-directed and energized by team-based problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment where clear deliverables drive progress
