Mid Atlantic Services A-Team Corp in Georgetown DE is looking to hire a part-time Janitor / Commercial Cleaner to provide janitorial services to various commercial properties. Mid-Atlantic Services A-Team Corp is a women-owned professional contractor that provides housekeeping and janitorial services for commercial and state buildings throughout Delaware. For over 25 years quality has been our prime objective. Working with the state we provide contractual janitorial cleaning at several government buildings. Our goal is to work together with each agency to meet their janitorial requirements.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JANITOR / COMMERCIAL CLEANER
As a Janitor / Commercial Cleaner you are on the front lines of who we are and what we do as a commercial cleaning company. Whether working alone or with a crew you arrive for your part-time shift ready to get to work. You enjoy getting in the zone and working efficiently while remaining friendly and service-oriented. Whether its dusting vacuuming mopping pulling the trash disinfecting surfaces or replenishing supplies you get great satisfaction out of checking tasks off while physically seeing what youve accomplished. You always keep your cleaning equipment organized and in good working order. We have a reputation for quality work and you take pride in knowing your hard work adds to our notoriety!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JANITOR / COMMERCIAL CLEANER
- Ability to work on your feet for 3-5 hours per shift in the morning
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
A clean driving record is preferred but not required. Do you work well both independently and as part of a team Are you reliable efficient self-motivated and eager to do a good job Do you have a positive can-do attitude If yes you might just be perfect for this day porter or evening position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This commercial cleaning position has varying part-time schedules to choose from including day porter positions (6 hours during the day Monday - Friday) and evening positions (about 3 hours Monday - Friday mainly 5-8 but it can be flexible). Morning hours and weekend hours are also available.
