Shop Floor Manager (with Joinery Experience)
Location:PooleType:Full-time Permanent
We are recruiting for aShop Floor Managerwith strong joinery experience to lead a busy production team in Poole.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop
- Leading and managing a team of skilled joiners and machinists
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Planning workflow scheduling and resource management
- Promoting a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a joinery or manufacturing setting
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery processes and products
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals
Job Types: Full-time Permanent
Pay: 30000.00-40000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
