We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Director to take full ownership of our MN/CO market. The Regional Director will be responsible for driving business growth operational excellence and profitability across their region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management strategic planning and team leadership. Your leadership is key in helping our business and team members thrive and ensuring our customers receive the best solutions for their roofing needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities competitive threats and emerging trends.

Operations Oversight

Oversee and support multiple Sales Managers ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of each branch/district ensuring operational excellence and consistency.

Own the profit and loss responsibility for the entire region driving financial performance and cost efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and partners.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead mentor and develop Sales Managers and their teams fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to support professional growth.

Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing customer service processes and addressing escalated issues.

Maintain quality standards across all operations ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

General Duties

Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment across all locations.

Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and industry regulations.

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency.



Requirements

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong management skills to oversee multiple locations/teams effectively

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive market strategies to achieve business objectives.

Knowledge of financial management including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility cost control and budget management.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive market strategies to achieve business objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the roofing industry a plus

Valid drivers license
