Overview

NaphCare is hiring part time Dental Assistant- ten hours a weekjust like you to join our team at the

Clackamas County Jail located in Oregon City OR.Pay rates range from$26.10 to $27.55 per hour based on employment status shift site needs licensure and experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Dental Assistants:

  • Coordinate dental services and assist Dentist with patient care instruments supplies documentation and support the function of the dental department
  • Assist in documentation and maintenance of all patient dental records
  • Assist in triaging and scheduling of all dental sick call requests
  • Prepare clinic with appropriate instruments and materials for scheduled visits
  • Assist Dentist during treatment by providing instruments materials retraction or suction
  • Mix and fabricate all restorative materials
  • Ensure all dental equipment properly maintained and functioning
  • Sterilize and disinfect equipment and tools
  • Develop all routine radiographs

Qualifications

Qualifications for Dental Assistants:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate
  • Maintain the proper training and unrestricted certification as a Dental Assistant
  • A current CPR card
