Senior Architectural Technologist

Aztrum is pleased to be working in partnership with a respected architectural practice with a strong presence across the Midlands and beyond. My client is currently looking to welcome an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to its Nottingham studio.
Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to high-quality sustainable design my client delivers award-winning work across a wide range of sectors including Residential Commercial Education Industrial and Healthcare. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual who is looking to contribute meaningfully to innovative and impactful projects.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings specifications and models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with architects engineers and consultants to deliver well-coordinated and buildable design solutions
- Undertake site visits and surveys monitor on-site progress and ensure alignment with design intent and regulatory standards
- Communicate directly with clients contractors and the wider team to resolve technical challenges and support smooth project delivery
Required qualifications and experience for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
- Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with strong knowledge of BIM workflows
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction standards
- Strong technical drawing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
