About the Role:

Join our team of Physiotherapists delivering assessment treatment and discharge planning across a range of caseloads including acute medical general surgical orthopaedics ICU rehabilitation womens and mens health and maternity.

Our team prides itself on exceeding Ramsays high standard of care with a professional and positive attitude by creating a friendly caring and comfortable environment for our patients.

We have multiple opportunities available:

  • Permanent full-time role
  • Permanent part-time roles

About You:

To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset and a passion for exceptional patient-focused service and achieving excellent clinical outcomes. You will thrive in an acute clinical environment demonstrate high-level communication skills and enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team who is committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.

You must bring:

  • A bachelor or post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy with Current Authority to Practice as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working in a hospital setting (essential).
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
  • Demonstrated effective written verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team in an acute healthcare setting.
  • Flexibility for both weekday and weekend rostering.

About the Hospital

St Andrews Ipswich Private Hospital is a 203-bed acute and rehabilitation hospital. Founded in 1909 St Andrews maintains focus on growing our offering to the local community and prioritising excellence in patient-centred care.

Construction on a new comprehensive cancer and renal centre has been recently completed and a redesign of our rehabilitation services including a new day rehabilitation and outpatient facility located in close proximity off-site has expanded the opportunities available for allied health practitioners.

We are currently expanding our care offerings into the community setting with opportunities in this area for the right applicant.
