Hilton Head Care Professionals Needed
Location - Hilton Head Island SC
Join our team as a compassionate Care Professional providing non-medical assistance to our clients located onHilton Head Island. As a Dawson and Dawson Care Professional you will play acrucial role in enhancing the quality of life for such client by assisting with various daily tasks and offering companionship.

Qualifications:
- INDIVIDUAL MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR HILTON HEAD ISLAND
- CNA or Previous Care professional experience is required due to client having dementia.
- Individual must be 100% Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is also a must.
- Ability to handle clients calmly and compassionately.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent care.
- Desire to grow and advance within an agency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to client including grooming dressing bathing meal preparation and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with errands and light household tasks to ensure a comfortable living environment.
- Offer specialized care for individuals with conditions such as dementia Alzheimers Parkinsons disease and physical disabilities.
- Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided including care notes ADLs incident documentation etc.
- Promptly report any client concerns or changes in their condition to the office.
- Respond swiftly and effectively in case of emergency situations.
- Attend monthly staff meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Complete required in-service training and ongoing education modules to meet state-mandated guidelines.
