Job Scope: Provides leadership and oversight of all aspects of the Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health program providing direct services including Adult Outpatient Team and SUPR team. Responsible for program planning development and clinical and administrative oversight to achieve agencys strategic goals and provide comprehensive quality care. Participates in the development and achievement of department specific budget strategic goals and initiatives. Responsible for the communication of management directives and information to staff. Education/Experience - Masters or doctorate degree from an accredited university in psychology social work or related discipline
- Licensed to practice independently in the State of Illinois; meet LPHA guidelines in IL Rule 132/140 Administrative Code
- Minimum of five years experience demonstrating the ability to provide clinical services in a community mental/behavioral health or co-occurring substance use/physical disabilities setting
- Preferred five years experience providing post masters clinical supervision
- Preferred at least 2 years experience providing administrative leadership including development day-to-day operations and compliance oversight for a clinical service program
Schedule/Timekeeping - Full Time Exempt 37.5 hours per week
- Must be prepared to work a flexible schedule in response to the needs of the target population served including evenings and weekends
