Position: Automotive Service Technician
Employment: Full-time hourly flat rate
Location: Scottsdale AZ
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview:
Courtesy Volvo a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This role requires a combination of technical expertise problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician Volvo preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new detailing techniques and products.
