Job Description
We are seeking a Research Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories in Santa Fe NM.

As a Research Associate you will support the antibody discovery pipeline by performing a variety of technical procedures in a collaborative laboratory environment. Your work will directly contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
What youll be doing:
- Performing and documenting analytical procedures in compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.
- Supporting antibody discovery through techniques such as flow cytometry PCR SDS-PAGE and immunoassays.
- Maintaining mammalian cell lines and performing yeast or bacterial transformations.
- Preparing buffers and solutions and conducting calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Analyzing data and uploading results to the LIMS system under guidance.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Providing technical training and supporting to lab personnel in areas of expertise.
- Participating in continuing education and contributing to technical discussions and experimental design.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Biology Chemistry or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in method development or relevant laboratory techniques.
- Hands-on experience with cell culturing pipetting and analytical instrumentation.
- Other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The knowledge skills and abilities needed for this role:
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as flow cytometry PCR and immunoassays.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety sample handling and regulatory standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve process issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational communication and data analysis skills.
