Job Description
Responsibilities
As an Owners Rep you are liaison between engineering & construction contractors overseeing contractors on site to ensure they are performing tasks safely and compliant with the contract.The Owners Reps role is to oversee contractors performing work in accordance with the guidelines and specifications of the Owner and oversee permitting procedures.You willNOT be theperforming the maintenance and physical labor.
Requirements
- 12years previous experience in Industrial and/or Heavy Commercial work required.
- Experience with stormwater or water treatment systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills & computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.
- Must have the ability to deal with political aspectsof a large corporate environment.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Start June 30th 2025.
- 9-hour work is not planned but possible.
- Pay Rate: $112K to $135K ($50-$60 per hour) depending upon previous experience and qualifications. A typical work week is 45hours per week. Overtime is expected. Not eligible for per diem. Local candidates encouraged to apply.
