What Youll Do
- Create Connection: Welcome every prospect with warmth professionalism and genuine care.
- Lead Engaging Tours: Highlight the unique features of our apartments and community tailoring each tour to the prospects needs.
- Stay in the Know: Keep up with market trends and competitor offerings to position your property effectively.
- Support the Team: Assist with marketing efforts online listings social media content and resident events.
- Follow Through: Maintain accurate leasing paperwork process applications and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Champion Resident Satisfaction: Be a go-to resource for current residents and help ensure a positive living experience.
Requirements
- A passion for people and a natural ability to make others feel at home
- Prior experience in leasing sales customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Organized detail-oriented and tech-savvy (we use modern leasing platforms!)
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow within a dynamic supportive team
