We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist with strong Employee Relations experience to support and maintain our strong company culture. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Lancaster New York.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee the organizations daily administrative functions pertaining to Human Resources at Orvilles. These functions will include recruitment onboarding payroll employee benefits the liaison between the employees and management and the ambassador to foster and maintain the companys culture.

Hours: Full time On site 8:00am - 4:30pm / Occasional Overtime
Salary:$25.00 - $36.00 hourly
