Responsibilities
Carries out the functions of their assigned position while providing leadership support to the Practice Manager and staff. Ensures smooth daily operations by being available to provide direction field customer and staff questions and ensures quality operations.
Qualifications
Minimum

Required: Two years in a medical clinic environment with knowledge of all areas

Required: (1) Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service

(2) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously maximizing productivity and effectiveness

(3) Ability to adapt to change of duties quickly and smoothly

(4) Basic computer literacy and proficiency
