We are looking for a senior person with Polarion expertise and trainer soft skills familiar with new Distributed System releases.

Main responsibilities:

Update of Polarion for end-users training materials to reflect new features delivered every DS release. Frequency: quarterly
Refactoring of current 2.5-day training materials into modules that entities can run independently (e.g. Requirement engineering IVV etc.)
Digitalization of training modules. We will start with 2-hour Awareness module
Update of existing work-instructions creation of new work-instructions
Run train the trainers (and End-Users) sessions to international people. We typically have pending requests to run Polarion training sessions in Romania and Italy.
Agree with the team on training materials updates
1 travel in France once a quarter would be good to get familiar with new DS releases and agree with the team on training materials updates.

Who are you:

Good knowledge of the Distributed System solutions (developed guides etc.) both business and technical
Good knowledge of system engineering processes
Good knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools like Polarion
Perform trainings virtual (uLearn) sessions
Trainer soft skills
Change management
Technical background recommended
Fluent in English French recommended.
