Job Description
Pay: 19 to 22hr DOE full benefits
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn an in-demand trade
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced high-impact environments
- A compassionate professional attitudeespecially in helping people through tough times
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- The ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in challenging environments (dont worrywell supply full PPE)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Responding to emergency losses such as floods fires mold vehicle impacts and trauma scenes
- Conducting inspections and documentation and communicating with homeowners and insurance companies
- Handling water extraction demolition structural drying and property board-ups
- Acting as the main on-site contact providing reassurance and clear communication to clients
- Participating in a 24-hour on-call rotation for emergency response
- Operating company vehicles equipment and tools as needed
