We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as aSales Professional. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Conduct sales presentations and maintain a book of business for small low-risk accounts focusing on generating a high frequency of sales.
- Execute cold calls with a proficient understanding of internal offerings and product solutions to secure sales meetings.
- Develop complex and effective sales proposals and presentations tailored for prospective accounts.
- Close sales deals by negotiating values and pricing structures that align with both business and client needs.
- Conduct thorough due diligence research to identify and understand prospect accounts and target sales expansion opportunities.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in sales particularly with small to medium-sized accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining account relationships.
- A proactive approach to conducting research and identifying sales opportunities.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $67900 to $144600.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
