Job Description

We are seeking a reliable detail-oriented Information Data Entry Operator to support our internal teams. This easy-task role is perfect for someone who enjoys routine work typing and organizing information accurately.
Tasks
- Input and update data from various sources into company systems
- Verify accuracy of data before entering it into spreadsheets or databases
- Label sort and file electronic documents properly
- Perform routine checks to identify and correct data entry errors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company or production information
- Support production and admin teams by keeping records organized and accessible
- Communicate via email or chat tools for task updates and clarifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (typing navigating spreadsheets using web tools)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing concentration
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines independently
- Prior experience in data entry or clerical roles
- Familiarity with Google Sheets Microsoft Excel or Airtable
- Experience with file-sharing platforms (Dropbox Google Drive etc.)
