Job Description:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor assess and report changes in patient condition.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical records system.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions medications and discharge instructions.
- Maintain a safe clean and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in emergency interventions and resuscitation efforts as required.
