Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with general management operations or sales experience to step into a role within the rapidly growing data center industry. No specific background in low voltage or data centers is required-were looking for a strong leader with the ability to manage people communicate across teams solve problems and learn fast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring timelines budgets and customer expectations are met.
- Coordinate between field crews internal departments and customer stakeholders.
- Track and report project progress risks and deliverables using internal tools and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and subcontractors.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-construction teams to help scope new work and transition it into active delivery.
- Learn the fundamentals of low voltage structured cabling and data center integration with support from senior team members and field experts.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in a project management operations or general management role.
- Prior experience managing teams or leading cross-functional efforts.
- Ability to organize prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Open to learning technical systems reading plans/schematics and understanding basic construction workflows.
- Experience in sales client service or business development is a plus.
- A growth mindset and strong personal accountability.
Preferred (but not required):
- Familiarity with construction field services or infrastructure environments.
- Exposure to data centers low voltage systems or IT environments.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
