Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer specializing in process control systems using Allen-Bradley or Rockwell Automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing programming troubleshooting and optimizing industrial automation systems in manufacturing or process industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- PLC Programming & Troubleshooting: Develop modify and optimize PLC programs using Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation (RSLogix 500 RSLogix 5000 Studio 5000.
- SCADA & HMI Development: Configure and maintain FactoryTalk View Wonderware Ignition or other SCADA/HMI systems for process monitoring and control.
- Process Control Implementation: Design and implement PID loops motor control flow temperature and pressure control strategies.
- Networking & Communication: Set up and maintain EtherNet/IP ControlNet DeviceNet and other industrial communication protocols.
- Instrumentation & Field Devices: Integrate and calibrate sensors transmitters and actuators for industrial applications.
- System Integration: Work with VFDs DCS robotics and other automation components for seamless integration.
- Testing & Commissioning: Lead system validation testing and on-site commissioning at client locations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Develop technical documentation SOPs and ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISA IEC and NFPA.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation or related engineering field.
