Role: Civil Projects Lead
Location: Hyderabad (Responsible for Pan India)
Reports to: HOD Projects
Job summary: The role manages to Civil Work of stores of the organization. He will be responsible to deliver project related activities and coordinate with cross functional business teams in to open new stores Civil works.
Key responsibilities for Civil Work:
Managing the team and reporting daily updates to central team co-ordinating with cross functional teams within the organization and other business units.
Validate site measurements layouts and technical specifications.
Review and approve work orders bills and invoices.
Prequalify vendors/subcontractors (technical financial compliance).
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Approve purchase orders and supplier payments.
Manage supplier/subcontractor relationships and negotiations.
Maintain asset register and approvals for assets.
Supervise civil works progress and schedule compliance.
Train new vendors on policies quality standards and workflows.
Ensure quality execution within allocated civil days per schedules.
Structure contractual terms payment milestones and dispute resolution.
Coordinate with procurement finance and engineering teams.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in creating detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM) for retail stores.
In-depth knowledge of drafting interpreting and enforcing contractual terms along with knowledge on retail interiors principles and practices
Ability to assess technical capabilities financial stability and compliance adherence.
Strong financial acumen for cost analysis payment structuring and budget optimization.
Mastery of construction methodologies quality benchmarks and safety regulations along with Addressing quires posted by External/Internal auditors.
Expertise in purchase order systems supplier negotiations and inventory control.
Proficiency in maintaining asset registers lifecycle tracking and approvals.
Advanced skills in Project management tools to ensure

Ability to lead cross-functional teams mentor juniors and drive accountability.
Proven track record in securing favourable terms with vendors and subcontractors.
Skill in resolving disputes between stakeholders suppliers or project teams.

Position Specification:
Must have at least 10 years of experience in retail Projects
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field; master s degree preferred
