We are hiring a Staff Nurse; Cardiology/Cardio thoracic Inpatient Unit in our Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
- Keep track of the patients physiological condition as well as their signs symptoms and behaviors. Then report the findings the suggested changes to the therapies and the intended results.
- For newly admitted patients adhere to the policy while initiating an individualized plan of care.
- Deliver specific nursing interventions that align with the specified medical plan of care to the patients you have been assigned.
- Perform the admission discharge and transfer processes and help others with the activities and care of the patient.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times when it comes to information and records.
- Assess patient responsiveness as well as the quality of care provided.
- Show that you can evaluate a patients comprehension and adherence to clinical education and directions.
- Discuss with the nurse manager or designee the documentation of the patients response the teaching themes and the instructions.
Requirements
- In good standing is the NMBI Registered General Nurse license.
- Preferably you have experience caring for patients with acute illnesses or those with heart conditions.
- Provide proof of current and pertinent experience caring for patients with acute medical conditions in a hospital setting
- Exhibit a strong desire to work in acute medical nursing cardiology or cardiothoracic care
- When applicable show that you understand national nursing care strategies.

Demonstrate evidence of recent and relevant experience in care of acute medical patients in an acute hospital setting. Demonstrate an eagerness to pursue a career in Cardiology, Cardiothoracic or Acute Medical Nursing. Demonstrate knowledge of national strategies where appropriate to nursing care.
