About the Firm:
A well-established and rapidly growing accountancy and business advisory firm part of a wider network spanning the UK and Ireland is seeking a dedicated Tax Senior to join their team. Role Overview:
As a Tax Senior you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients delivering high-quality tax services and supporting the growth of the tax team. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high standard of tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients exceeding expectations.
- Prepare tax returns in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manage deliverables within set timeframes and budgets.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory obligations.
- Represent the firm professionally to clients and stakeholders.
- Uphold the firm s vision and values fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or part-qualified with significant relevant experience).
- Strong background in tax with at least 3-5 years of experience preferably within an accountancy practice.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
- Professional and confident demeanour.
