Job Description:
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with a mechanical background-ideally in HVAC or utilities-to manage project materials coordination and scheduling in an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction schedules with a clear understanding of the critical path and ability to adjust to changes.
- Coordinate mechanical trades and materials (e.g. welding piping) ensuring alignment with project plans.
- Review designs using Revit and Bluebeam.
- Track progress generate reports and collaborate with teams to meet milestones.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong background in mechanical or HVAC disciplines
- Understanding of mechanical utilities and trade workflows
- Experience with construction scheduling (MS Project or P6
- Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam
- Ability to review designs in Revit
Nice to Have:
- Project reporting experience
- Estimation knowledge or deep understanding of construction trades
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent industry experience required.
