Job Description

Job Titel: Experienced Stress Analyst
Location: Quebec Canada (Onsite)
Salary range: CAD $90000 $110000


Skill set:

  • Perform static strength fatigue using both classical methods and finite element models (DFEM/GFEM)
  • Worked from concept to certification phases with contribution to PDR CDR reviews
  • Develop and review structural substantiation reports in support of FAA/EASA certification (Part 25 compliance).
  • Should have worked on new aircraft (civilian/business jets) development program



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Aerospace Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in structural stress analysis within commercial aircraft development programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of composite and metallic structures fatigue and damage tolerance methodologies and material behavior.
  • Proficient in industry-standard tools: NASTRAN Patran FEMAP HyperMesh Abaqus or equivalent.
  • Strong background in FAR/CS-25 structural requirements and compliance documentation.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing certification-level reports.
