Objectives of this role:
Support the implementation of key Marketing Sales Platform capabilities that empower personalized marketing across multiple channels including secure session public site branch and email marketing.
Collaborate with Product Management line of business (LOB) partners Product Owners and Technology teams to deliver solutions via Agile methodology.
Leverage technical aptitude to build credibility and drive collaboration in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Integrate and leverage Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to enhance customer engagement and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
4 years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
1-2 years of exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
4 years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience.
Lead or participate in complex functions within the digital environment.
Utilize Pega CDH to drive personalized customer interactions and optimize marketing strategies.
Perform impact analysis of new decisioning logic changes introduced in the system.
Create test strategies designs and cases for new decisioning logic configured in Pega CDH.
