Order Verification: Ensuring order details are complete and accurate including customer information products quantities and shipping addresses.
Inventory Management: Checking inventory levels
Shipping and Delivery Tracking:
Monitoring order status tracking shipments and communicating with customers about delivery times.
Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status
Reporting in Excel
Coordinating with Other Departments:
Working with sales marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow and optimal customer experience.
Import: Co-ordinate with parent company for the readiness of material & Assigning freight forwarder & CHA
