Job Description
Job Title: UKG WFM Pro Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Washington DC Onsite
Type: Contract (W2 / C2C / 1099
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled UKG WFM Pro Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in implementing and supporting UKG Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both functional and technical aspects of UKG Pro WFM with a strong background in Boomi integrations and UKG module configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of UKG WFM configurations implementations enhancements and modifications.
Conduct business requirement gathering gap analysis solution design development testing and ongoing support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
Configure and support UKG modules including Workforce Timekeeper Accruals Attendance and Leave.
Design and develop interfaces integrations and reports using UKG Boomi.
Develop and test configurations in UKG Pro WFM.
Create data views cross-reference tables and custom reports as needed.
Provide thought leadership and recommend process improvements tools and best practices to enhance client operations.
Deliver high-quality documentation and effective communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
UKG Pro WFM Certification and UKG Boomi Certification (Mandatory).
Minimum 8 years of industry experience working with UKG Workforce Management.
Proven experience in interface development and configuration of UKG WFM modules.
Strong hands-on experience with UKG Boomi components including Connectors Application Source Qualifier Mapping Designer and Transformations.
In-depth understanding of data management and system integration principles.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
