Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Alpharetta GA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for onboarding services into ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including IT operations and business stakeholders-to define and enhance workflows and service management practices.
Design and implement ServiceNow best-practice solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather validate and prioritize requirements.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful communication and project outcomes.
Analyze data and recommend improvements for system performance and process automation.
Support configuration and customization of ServiceNow based on functional needs.
Oversee testing activities and ensure alignment with business expectations.
Deliver training and post-implementation support to end users.
Manage project timelines risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow particularly with ITIL-based processes.
Deep understanding of service management frameworks and industry best practices.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities within business analysis teams.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite.
