Job Description
The Eligibility Business Analyst should be comfortable with the below skills:
- Great analytical critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Superior presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of overall Microsoft suite applications
- High degree of attention to details and focus on quality
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
- Demonstrated project management software skills including planning organizing and managing resources
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Analysis Business Administration Finance Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- Two or more years of experience in a Business/Systems Analyst or Quality Assurance role
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis verification and methodology development deriving requirements and testing
Preferred/Not Required
- Knowledge of Medicaid SNAP TANF and other such government programs
- Knowledge of a variety of hardware software programming languages and platforms and operating systems is aplus.
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Knowledge of current IT terminologies technologies and software development methodologies is a plus.
