Next Comms Talk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks and internal coordination. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars schedule meetings and organize appointments
Maintain and update company records and filing systems
Prepare reports presentations and correspondence as needed
Respond to emails phone calls and general inquiries in a timely manner
Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Assist with onboarding and internal coordination for new employees
Support HR and finance departments with basic documentation and tracking
Coordinate internal events meetings and travel arrangements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
