The Leadership Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the design coordination and execution of leadership programs within the organization. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills who wants to grow into a leadership role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build training initiatives and provide strategic support to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of leadership training programs
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to support development initiatives
Support HR and management teams in identifying high-potential talent
Facilitate workshops team development sessions and leadership assessments
Coordinate program logistics calendars and materials for leadership events
Contribute to internal communications and feedback collection for program evaluation
Partner with senior leaders to identify organizational development needs
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development or related field
13 years of relevant experience in leadership development HR or project management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present findings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated interest in leadership development and career progression
