The position is responsible for Indiana IMPACT specific training on IMPACT policies and procedures.

Essential job responsibilities:

• Designs and implements didactic training and development programs and identifies external training curricula programs.
• Maintains records of employee training outcomes and credentials.
• Provides end-to-end training of the State Policy Manual SOPs changes etc.
• Provides training for IMPACT Case Managers on data entry. 
• Responsible for the preparation design and evaluation of training/instructional materials for staff training.
• Maintains records of employee training outcomes certifications and credentials.
• Provides guidance and feedback as necessary.
• Develops and maintains a training reference library and ensures employees are aware of materials available for their use.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated training skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Familiarity with the communities being served with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.
• One to three years of experience in work development or related programs.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Drivers license in good standing.
• Valid automobile insurance.
