Job Description

3 yrs. exp. in human resources.

-Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in human resources.

-Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Analyst 64612.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Unless required by legislation the selected candidate will begin at Pay Grade 12 Step 1 of the exempt Pay Range Schedule ($30.96 per hour) with an opportunity for pay increase after six months ($32.71) of satisfactory performance and yearly step increases until you reach the top level of the pay range. There may also be annual cost of living adjustments (COLA) and longevity supplements begin after five (5) years of state service.
