Digital Advertising & Campaigns Understand online ads (CPC email mobile).
Run SEO SEM PPC campaigns to meet hotel goals.
Track and report campaign results with suggestions.
Website & eCommerce Strategy
Improve hotel visibility on search engines and booking sites.
Support website and email functions.
Create strategies to improve content traffic and performance.
Lead digital plans for rooms F&B spa events and B2B.
Content & Communication
Update content with the MarCom and help build landing pages.
Manage email campaigns vendors and databases.
Channel Mapping & Distribution
Manage channel mix strategy ensuring optimal distribution across OTAs metasearch and direct bookings.
Coordinate with Revenue department to align pricing promotions and inventory allocation.
Monitor competitor pricing and positioning to adjust strategies accordingly. Social Media
Plan and post content on Facebook Instagram and TikTok.
Help create posts and videos.
Monitor messages comments and performance.
Support paid campaigns and keep content on-brand.
Teamwork
Work closely with MarCom and Revenue department on all online activities
Qualifications :
Experience: 4-5 years in digital marketing (hospitality/eCommerce preferred).
Skills: SEO SEM PPC email marketing social media content updates.
Tools: Google Ads Google Analytics Meta tools Mailchimp basic CMS (e.g. WordPress). Analytical: Able to track data and make recommendations.
Team Player: Works well with different departments.
Adaptable: Handles fast-paced changing environments.
Education: Degree in Marketing Ecommerce Business or similar.
