Job Description

Milwaukee Electronics is hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Electronic Assembler to join our team in Canby OR. This role is responsible for assembling and inspecting printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies as well as related components. Youll work with a close-knit team in a fast-paced quality-driven environment supporting the production of innovative electronics used across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble PCBs and electronic components using manual and mechanical processes (stuffing hand assembly basic soldering mechanical assembly).
  • Follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures to meet product specifications.
  • Record production data and part quantities in Factory Logix.
  • Meet daily efficiency and utilization goals.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements

  • Ability to read write and understand English for documentation and communication.
  • Basic math and data entry skills.
  • Must pass internal component identification and assembly training within 1 year of hire.
  • Willingness to complete IPC-A-610 certification (training provided by the company).

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods depending on the workstation.
  • Frequent use of hands for assembly; occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
  • Visual acuity for close-up work and color differentiation.
