Our Nurse Residency makes it easy and rewarding - with the highest quality most comprehensive training and mentorship available in the rapid-growth field of home health care.
- Great skill-building career launch for new grads
- Seven weeks of instruction: online classroom in-person lab and precepted clinical care

How Youll Make an Impact:
- Build meaningful relationships and create positive outcomes providing safe one-on-one care
- Monitor clients conditions
- Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
- Perform client assessments
- Accurately document observations interventions and evaluations pertaining to nursing management
Compensation & Schedule:

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse resident:
- A nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or multiple state nursing license
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Pay starting at $30 per hour. At program completion pay rates start at $33 per hour.
