What Youll Do:
- Lead ERP Strategy & Execution: Implement support and continuously improve our global ERP/IFS solution to meet evolving business needs.
- Champion Best Practices: Guide Sales and Manufacturing teams toward efficient scalable processes aligned with ERP capabilities.
- Lead Implementation projects tracks: Manage and lead cross-functional implementation teams across regions.
- Support & Optimize: Ensure users are empowered system configurations are accurate training and documentation is always up to date.
- Drive Change: Coordinate change requests test patches and updates and ensure smooth transitions into production environments.
- Ensure Compliance: Align ERP solutions with local regulations and customer requirements across countries as well as TOMRA defined guidelines.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and seek solutions for new demands and enhancements
- Plan train coordinate and document ERP implementations in a consistent tested and controlled manner for your area of responsibility.
- Manage handovers between project and line organizations.
- Track progress against milestones and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate IFS coding parameters and documentation for Sales and Manufacturing.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to test and deploy system changes.
What You Bring:
- Excellent communications skills and ability to build relations
- Proven experience managing ERP/IFS systems in a global Sales and Manufacturing context.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional and international teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with regulatory and customer-driven ERP adaptations across multiple countries.
