Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging customers through multiple remote channels to promote brand messaging. Develop and maintain relationships with targeted accounts by engaging in dialogue that is relevant and meaningful and pull through with the HCP on treatment forms when a patient is identified.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations with the purpose of profiling Centers of Excellence and the patient journey from diagnosis to treatment via outbound telephone calls or virtual engagements

Engage assigned HCPs targets in depth program discussions to attain individual territory and company goals post launch

Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs

Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals

Effectively pull through on targeted HCPs that have identified a rare disease patient and provide assistance on treatment options and start forms being sent to the HUB.

Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling listening and negotiation skills utilizing proper terminology and approved messaging.

Maintain thorough knowledge of the disease state and program.

Adhere to approved direction related to pre/post-launch activities

Verify and complete required data entry in client CRM systems such as details of the targets responses and any follow-through actions.

Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.

Communicate with the Sales Leader team members and Consultant on projects progress as required.

Create and maintain a positive impression with our client and clients customers

Prepare reports for management as needed.

Fully comply with all laws regulations and Consultant policies code of conduct all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.

Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions

Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the program leadership.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree required from an accredited university or college

Pharmaceutical sales experience required

2 years Neurology experience preferred

Inside sales experience preferred

Scientific acumen needed

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
