Customer Service Representative
New & Used Car Sales Harr Motor Group
Worcester MA $17$19/hr Bonus Pay $500 Sign-On Bonus

Harr Motor Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for a desk-based sales support role. This is a great entry-level opportunity to break into the automotive industry. Youll work alongside our sales team handling customer inquiries and helping guide guests through the early stages of their car-buying journey.

What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for sales & service inquiries
Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments (15 follow-ups per hour)
Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system
What Were Looking For
Fluency in English required; bilingual ability (especially Spanish) is a plus.
Excellent communication problem-solving and multitasking skills
Prior customer service experience and a passion for helping people (Willing to train the right candidate)
Calm professional demeanor under pressure
CRM experience is a plus but well train the right candidate
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
