Airbus Cybersecurity School is a unique initiative.
Airbus offers you a work-study contract covering both your training at the Airbus Cybersecurity School (in partnership with Ynov Campus Toulouse) and your apprenticeship at Airbus.
This opportunity is open only to students who have completed their Bachelor: Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac 3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity School and who wish to pursue their academic journey for an additional two years with the Masters degree programme (RNCP certification level 7).

Airbus Cybersecurity School
Airbus offers you the opportunity to follow a comprehensive and immersive cybersecurity in aeronautics work-study apprenticeship programme which means alternating between being a student of the Airbus Cybersecurity School and being part of our operational teams (Digital & IM Corporate Security etc.).

Your apprenticeship
An apprenticeship offer entitled Privileged Access Management in Identity Access Management Apprenticeship (M/F) has just opened within Airbus Commercial on its Saint Martin Toulouse site.
You will join the Identity and Access Management team in charge of the Identity Access and Management - Active Directory Core Services where you will have unparalleled opportunities to develop a diverse network and wide range of skills.

Our stakeholders are the business HR legal IT and security teams who depend on us to provide reliably and securely the right information to the right internal customers.
The IAM team is highly motivated dynamic and diverse - we value collaboration teamwork solidarity helping each other achieving and celebrating results and putting Airbus first.
The PAM (Privileged Access Management) product is transferred from Cybersecurity to the IAM department in 2025. It is an opportunity to participate in the run integration of a cybersecurity solution into an IAM environment. To participate in the solution performance assessment architecture review and securely run more than 200 assets protecting more than 25000 servers access worldwide.
You will have the opportunity to interact with many stakeholders including product vendors Airbus IAM and Cybersecurity experts Airbus Architects and service providers. Youll be in touch with Airbus Network experts to assess and monitor solution usage across WAN.
This apprenticeship will start in September 2025 and will last for 2 years.
This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognised authorities.
Tasks and responsibilities
Under the tutorship of Airbus IAM PAM product Owner youll build your operational and technical expertise by :
Developing and maintaining PAM on-boarding scripts for Windows or Linux platforms
Developing and maintaining automation script for asset access securitisation
Develop and follow operational procedures for asset securitisation
Perform PAM performance audits over Airbus network
Make Design and architecture modification propositions for optimal performance
Propose Develop and track sustainability kpi on the PAM
Participate to the design and the development operational dashboards
Support the product Owner in the Solution RUN
Interact with Airbus teams vendors and solution providers on the full PAM product lifecycle.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
Identity and access management ;
PAM access Management ;
Logs investigation ;
Windows and Linux scripting ;
Operational Procedures and Architecture dossiers writing.
Key deliverables
Securitization audit report ;
Deployment securitization and automation scripts ;
Design of operational dashboards ;
Architecture and operational dossiers ;
Network and system performance audits ;
Sustainability KPI dashboards and continuous improvement proposition.
Skills & prerequisites
You have completed your Bachelor: Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac 3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity School.
