Job Description
- Build test and rollout new integrations ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements troubleshoot issues and deliver integration solutions.
- Maintain the live integrations and be the go-to-person for the colleagues needing support with integrations
- Monitor and optimize existing integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
- Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve our integration capabilities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in building and maintaining Workday integrations including EIB PICOF and Core Connector integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workdays integration architecture and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
